The team at TPB, affectionately known as ‘The TPB family’ are just that – a dedicated, skilled, and experienced team made up of actual family members and long serving colleagues who we think of as family. You’ll just love our personable customer service staff, who’s expert product knowledge is beautifully woven into their superior service style. We can’t promote enough the robust 24 hr customer service system TPB have in place, which takes all the stress off kitchen staff who also benefit from our knowledge and expertise.

Our dedicated Factory Managers are very much ‘hands on’ to ensure a quality controlled, logistically sound, and safe factory operation and staff management. We employ trained and skilled butchers, for we still believe that quality butchering is very much an artform - our highly skilled butchers are able to cope will all kinds of our customers’ requirements, and the variety of product and cuts of product we offer means that we are able to tailor your requirements to your business needs. And not forgetting our fleet of delivery drivers who take pride in their delivery routes and their customer community, in our fully refrigerated vehicles.
